in the daytime

you know how at night sometimes you get really depressed?
and you think awful things about yourself and other people?
and even sometimes you say them outloud? (the awful things)
but if you just go to bed, you forget them all in the night.
and everything is pretty again the next morning, even if you didnt
get quite enough sleep...

absolutely been there. it's funny how a little sleep will act as a temporary fix to such things...unfortunately at least for me it only postpones the depressed feelings and thoughts to a later time, often each night after until you can find an actual solution.
i'm praying for ya:)

Heh. I manage to get myself into pretty rotten moods at night once in a while... Not fun. Some of the sourness always rides over to the morning for me. I think it might have something to do with my stubbornness with not forgiving people. *considers*

I know what you mean! when I'm really crabby, or super worried about something, I can go to bed, wake up, and be happy! mostly. :) at least I have a more accurate take on things.
