tell all your friends, the buddha's not coming back

so coffee. why do people drink it? it stains your teeth and it's nasty and bitter tasting
alright, so some people dump 13 sugar packets into it. (ruthiey ^_^)
and that makes it somewhat bearable. but honestly, why bother in the first place?
tea is so much taster, besides not needing sugar or cream. and there are lots
of different kinds of tea, whereas there is only one kind of coffee, even if they
do try to cover up the taste with lots of other artificial flavors. i mean seriously,
you think peppermint is going to cover up the taste???
any coffee drinkers are free to comment on the virtues of coffee. I'd love to hear
your side of the story. :D

I agree with both of your diagnosis. Tea is tastier and more internally-pleasing. I commonly get stomach-aches from coffee. However, I drink coffee because it's associated with good things and is a habit.

You know... I totally agree. I started drinking it to try to see if it would wake me up, but it doesn't, so...yeah. Maybe I should stop. I like tea better, anyway.

Another bad thing about coffee... It irritates your stomach and makes you go to the bathroom a lot....

Yes I can agree about the bathroom thing, but I can honestly say it doesn't hurt my stomach at least not anymore than anything else with high levels of caffeine. Plus it cleans your system out as well, thus giving it a valuable property in good health.
As far as a bazillion sugar packets, I too am guilty of such, however, I rate quality of coffee with how LITTLE sugar and cream needs to go in to be tolerable, or even good.
I like coffee, and probably always will. It is one of the few things left on this planet that actually can give me an energy boost.....

It has been an integral part of my heritage. To abandon coffee would be to abandon my heritage.
